Welcome to JADANI.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JADANI, operated by Almansujat Almahaliyya Company For Trading, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
JADANI operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide our customers with a curated shopping experience. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
JADANI currently sells and ships exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International shipping is not available at this time.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into transactions under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where applicable, minors may use the Services only under the supervision or authorization of their parent or legal guardian.
To use certain features of the Services or purchase our products, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, payment information, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
However, colors, textures, embroidery details, proportions, and the overall appearance of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in devices, displays, lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Product images are provided for representation purposes. Minor variations that do not materially affect the nature or quality of the product may occur.
All product descriptions, designs, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantity of products available for purchase at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order through JADANI, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
Your order is considered accepted once your payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we need to cancel or materially modify your order, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided when the order was placed.
Purchases are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, products purchased through JADANI are intended for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on JADANI are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed to consumers include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required under Saudi Arabian law.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to the correction of genuine errors or inaccuracies as permitted by applicable law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, and account information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment service providers to process the applicable charges.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
JADANI currently ships exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
International shipping is not available at this time.
The estimated total time for order preparation and delivery is approximately 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, periods of high demand, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders of SAR 500 or more qualify for free shipping within Saudi Arabia.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will provide reasonable assistance where an issue arises with the delivery of your order.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days from the date the order is received, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Returned or exchanged products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Saudi Arabian law.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through JADANI, including but not limited to our brand name, logos, original artwork, embroidery designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, text, website design, layouts, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to JADANI and/or Almansujat Almahaliyya Company For Trading and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services and their content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, republish, display, transmit, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property or website content.
No license or ownership right in any JADANI intellectual property is transferred to you through your use of the Services or purchase of our products.
JADANI’s names, logos, artwork, designs, and other brand elements may not be used without prior written authorization.
All third-party trademarks, including Shopify trademarks, remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools, applications, payment solutions, or services provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, policies, products, or services of third-party websites that we do not operate or control.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
JADANI is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and JADANI.
Shopify is not the seller of JADANI products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, handling product returns, or providing JADANI customer service.
Your use of certain Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights available under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JADANI, Almansujat Almahaliyya Company For Trading, and our officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and partners against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
