SHIPPING LOCATIONS

JADANI currently ships exclusively within Saudi Arabia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

The estimated total time for order preparation and delivery is 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, or official holidays in Saudi Arabia.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.

We offer free shipping on orders of 500 SAR or more within Saudi Arabia.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, inability to reach the recipient, or another delivery-related issue, please contact us. Such cases will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate next steps.
