What are your delivery times?
Orders are typically prepared and delivered within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
We offer free shipping on orders of 500 SAR or more within Saudi Arabia.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, JADANI ships within Saudi Arabia only. International shipping is not currently available.

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered preparation or fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and make sure an appropriate resolution is provided.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, you may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us at info@jadani.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted
How do I care for my JADANI piece?
Wash inside out in cold water (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Air dry only and avoid direct sunlight. Iron inside out and do not iron directly over the embroidery.
